Badge "It's a boy!" dan "It's a girl!" merupakan badge core, yaitu badge dari foursquare, bukan event, dan bersifat global, aktifnya biasanya lama, dan ciri yang paling terlihat yaitu bentuknya bulat, cara dapatnya cukup check in dengan kategory hospital (venue gambar huruf H ), dan jangan lupa shout yang mengandung kata "It's a boy!" untuk mendapat badge yang warna biru, dan shout yang mengandung kata "It's a girl!" untuk badge warna pink. Kalo mau dapet 2 badge sekaligus ya shout dua-duanya
